I've dropped by to use the Mediation's Centers shared coworking space for a reasonable day-pass rate of $25 per day while I was transitioning offices. It's quite convenient as it's a short walk from the Yonge/Sheppard subway station. I'm glad as I was able to warm-up my lunch. Saves me $$$. I highly recommend anyone who needs a space to work from while visiting the Small Claims Court, the Landlord / Tenant board or Service Canada around.

We used Ahansa Mediation Services in February 2024 and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The location is conveniently located beside the Ontario courthouse near the Yonge/Sheppard station. If you’re driving there’s a parking lot which charges $15/day - not super expensive, but doesn’t break the bank either if driving/parking is your only option. The facilities are also comfortable and inviting, with their own kitchen. We were offered coffee, water, tea. I had heard that mediation can be difficult and we didn’t know what to expect. But from the moment I walked in, Ashifa our mediator and her assistant greeted me with warmth and professionalism. During the mediation, she guided us through the process, ensuring we felt heard and respected. In the end, she helped us reach a fair resolution. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service and helping us get to a resolution.

I caught an eye on Ahansa Mediation Services led by the Team-lead Ashifa across social media and had an opportunity to visit their office along Sheppard Yonge. They have very professional services and the Management is top-notch especially the Legal services consultation and the well kept Co-working space where clients can work from. It is such a good space to be Ahansa!

A good space for lawyers to prep and meet with clients - with a good set up for both in person and virtual meetings. A useful space to run virtual discoveries so I can be in person with my clients as an out of town lawyer. Printers and computers are available which were useful in a pinch. They also let you bring your own coffee and have a kitchenette.
We started working Ahansa a while ago and they are honest and hardworking people especially the owner, she will do anything help out. She is genuine, trustworthy person. I highly recommend you visit the very nicely setup office. It's very convenient also as its next to the YONGE-LINE subway. Rent a workstation to use or an office for a meeting and get some work done.
